Our unique Barbecue a La Carte offers a wide range of well seasoned white and red meat which are served on long skewers by our meat carvers. The large cuts of South American Sirloin and Rump Steaks are barbecued on open fire grill and brought to the table by our carvers who will carefully cut the beef in slices straight to the diner's plate. - "An exciting experience!"
